This recliner is just like the photo, actually it looks better once you put it together, the assembly is easy. I love it, I'm going to buy one more. I recommend this product, it's comfortable, soft, it heats up and massages. I had a recliner similar to this one, and I made a mistake and sat on the arm of the chair, and it broke. I don't recommend sitting on the shoulder of any recliner. My review is honest, i don't know why some people had issues with there's, but it s beautiful 🤩 I Love Love Love Love this recliner, 👌😊

This loveseat is everything I wanted. Comfy, easy to assemble, everything. Color is slightly darker than I thought it would be but still looks great in my home.

We purchased this for my father and he really enjoys the comfort feeling of this recliner especially the way it massages works and the way the temperature controls keep him warm and comfy.

Nice electric reclining lift chair which the listing says It's a electric rocking recliner it does not rock or the one I received does not rock other than that if your elderly and need a lift chair it works great heat and massage works great

I purchased this chair for my husband who has back issues. It arrived fairly quick and was simple to put together. It looks very nice and he likes the message and heat settings. The only negative thing about it is there is no way to secure the arm padding down to the chair. It's simply has a two bolts that slip through a hole in the chair and nothing is there to lock it in place. If you grab onto the cushion to help sit up it pulls straight off. Other than that it looks like a good chair.

The furniture I have gotten is not the Same as I expected, Pictures Show a Medium Brown. This is a Dark Brown, almost Charcoal Black, along with that Problem I am missing a Part to Complete the Loveseat Sofa, I am still hoping that I will hear from someone before March 13 2026 but I may not be Ordering from here again and will Spread my experience.

To hard and arrived with no arms and had a flaw on seat . They are refunding me $50 and sending me a replacement.
