Amazing!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE these pillows. Yes, they had a smell. But I washed and dried them 3 times with extra Snuggle fabric softener and the smell went away completely. I have no complaints whatsoever! They are amazing and comfortable!

product can be improved for longer wear
Be prepared that at some time you will have to replace pillow(s) depending on the useage. All of these pillows loose their firmness at some time due to loss of compression with the beads. They become very flat

Watch for open areas around fastners, got one fixed then the other side had hole, lots of beads everywhere

If you are looking for a firm neck pillow this is. I was assuming with the micro beads it would be a little more relaxed a forgiving, way too stiff for me.

Decor ofAirplanes, light blue, easier on the eyes.
Very supportive as new. Higher back of neck not always needed, however, best to have on hand. Looking forward to a couple more. Thank you Panorama City Walmart near Van Nuys CA, November 2020.

Dont buy you'll waste money
I bought this literally a week later the beads were spilling out, couldn't even figure out why then I found that the strings they use to sew it was unraveling like what this is terrible.
