Came exactly as pictured. There was a slight manufacturing smell but I feel like thats pretty normal nowadays. Its nice and full with microbeads which was exactly what I was looking for. My boyfriend loves to sleep with this kind of pillow for support. Design options were super cool. I tested the quality and beat the pillow against something and nothing broke or became damaged.

It provides just the right amount of back support on the couch. The filling of beads means it doesn't squish out of shape. The cover is not exactly consistent with my decor, but I find it funny, and enjoy the laugh.

The pillow was great—except for the horrendous chemical odor. I aired it out for a week, and finally washed it. The smell isn't quite gone, but it's better. There ought to be a way to make these pillows without the smell.

Nice pillow, but way too thick to be a neck pillow. Might work on knees, except it is not long enough for two knees.
