In my personal opinion this is one of the best tasting protein shakes I have tried. It has a smooth texture not a lot of the normal chalky taste you get with protein drinks. It comes in an easy to open resealable container making it perfect for individuals on the go. The flavor is a rich chocolate yet not overly artificial. It can be a little too rich first thing in the morning so I have added a little unsweetened almond milk to break up the sweetness. If I use it as a lunch replacement I drink it how it is. This product is also good for diabetics as it contains only 1 g of sugar causing a lower blood sugar response. This drink also contributes to the support of muscles with 30 g of protein. I also love that it is only 160 calories and contains 26 vitamins and minerals.

I only took one star off because like other healthy drinks there tends to be a slight aftertaste but not intolerable. I will say I didn't take pictures of it but mixing it into like a milkshake form was pretty decent. I'd recommend this if you have diabetes and would like to get extra protein in your diet in a chocolatey way!

The Nestle Boost Glucose Control Max shakes definitely fit the bill! The flavor is really good (considering it's a nutritional drink), the convenience is outstanding, and the nutritional value/protein:carb ration is superb! The flavor isn't too sweet, due to the low sugar content, but still has a taste similar to a traditional milkshake. It is absolutely best to drink it very cold. I was impressed that the Boost Max didn't cause my blood sugars to spike and appreciate the way it satisfies my appetite for hours. I would definitely recommend!
