As you can see by the photo, it looks very much like melted French vanilla ice cream, (a good thing). It is thicker than water, but thinner than a milk shake, and leaves a slight creamy feeling in your mouth briefly. I drank one at room temperature, and the flavor was not very prominent, did not taste the vanilla. I drank a second one that had been chilled, and this one had a more prominent flavor, which was pleasant. It did relieve my hunger pangs. If needed to facilitate a diet, controlling carbs, these drinks are a respectable way to go. You're not gonna order one out at a bar because it is so good, but if your current body chemistry requires these types of beverages, this one would work suitably. Packaging is fine, not remarkable, carton easy to open.
