I had to sneak a drink..of course. And was surprised...it actually tasted like a vanilla shake. If it had been colder...I would have drank one myself. Definitely something I can feel good about giving my child. Totally recommend it and we will be buying more!

I tried this before I put it in his cup and it was surprisingly really good! Better than the other meal replacement we currently use. He downed every last drop in his cup. I would definitely consider switching meal replacement drinks as this drink did not have an aftertaste and just overall tasted much better. My son loves anything chocolate flavored. But this was such a hit!

She is underweight and her Pediatrician recommended that I give her protein supplement drinks but she has not liked the taste of most of the supplements and it has been a struggle getting her to drink them. I gave her this BOOST KID ESSENTIAL in chocolate flavor and she hesitated at first but after the first couple of drinks, she liked it. She also liked that it comes in a box with a straw. I like that it has all of the extra nutrition that she needs to keep her healthy.

They werent frozen but somewhat slushy. I did this just in case they had that vitamin taste. I asked my daughter who is able to describe things a little better if they had an odd taste and she said NO! "It taste like a milkshake. I asked her about the flavor and she said vanilla. My son just said they were yummy. I'm happy they both like them. My son is somewhat under weight and going through a picky stage. Adding Boost to their diet gives me a little peace of mind. The packaging is cute and draws kids to it. It comes with a straw but also has a pull of tab so you can pour it into a sippy cup or standard cup. With by having both options it's a bonus.
