Glad that I can buy my phone online and came to pick up. Still good so far
Nice phone at a great price
probably just because i'm used to droids. functional but difficult for me. i need very, very, VERY simple
Even though everything was in the box looking new, I picked this up after having shipped to my store location and the factory seal was broken on both sides. The description does not say that this is a refurbished phone so we assumed we were getting a brand new iPhone 6S. So far so good but I will be calling Walmart.com
I bought this phone because it was the cheapest iPhone 6s there and they donât sell the iPhone 6s Plus anymore and I was told by an associate that itâs because they had so many returns. Firts of all, I spent 244$ on this for it to die extremely fast. I have to charge it at least twice a day. Second, I paid for a 35$ plan with sprint for this boost mobile (sprint) phone and their cheapest plan online is literally 50$ leaving me to pay 15 more dollars. Third, I paid 50$ for a protection plan that I canât even get to activate. I love iPhones and all and I know they die fast after they get older because of their lithium batteries and shouldâve paid for a newer model/phone, but I didnât want to spend 500$ on a iPhone 7 and up.
I ordered this iPhone 6s to replace my ailing iPhone 5s. It came next day as expected but it would not turn on and power up. After talking to tech support I was sent a return label from Walmart and sent the phone back with a promise of a swift replacement. Six days later (and six+phone calls later) Walmart has not sent me an email detailing the replacement time and day and I have not received the new phone. Very disappointing that in this fast paced "order and receive" day and age they can't even coordinate an immediate replacement for a defective cell phone!
I ordered for this phone on Tuesday, got it delivered to me on Thursday. I've been charging it for over an hour now,the phone neither comes on after several attempts nor shows any form of charging at all,I've tried several ways to get it on including youtube videos but it wouldn't come on. Dont tell me I just wasted my money buying this phone
DONT BUY...BUYER BEWARE !!!!! we made two separate purchases of this phone over Christmas holiday neither phone would activate on boost service keep saying not able to activate we called boost they stated the phone purchased from Walmart with boost stickers wasnt thier phone, when they ran imei number was sprint phone. they wasnt sure why network was coming up as sprint but a boost phone, long story short we had to return both phones and go with a different phone provider as boost wasnt even sure why they phones wouldn't activate, spent over a hour on the phone with they tech support. never again ...
phone went totally dead on July 17th 2019. Just 2 1/2 months after purchase. This is a brand new phone!
