Boost Mobile Bounce 4G, 32GB, Black - Prepaid Smartphone

Bought this for my daughter who is in high school.She is thoroughly enjoying this phone .No problems with speed or the games she plays.Great deal on a decent phone without the hassle of worrying if it gets lost losing out on hundreds.we are satisfied.

I've read some of the other reviews complaining about the phones speed and claiming it didn't come with a sim card. It does come with one, just not preinstalled. It's in a separate sleeve. Y'all are complaining that a $30 phone isn't lightning fast. If you want faster, it's going to cost more. But as for my experience with the phone so far? It's not super slow. It's about what I expected. But I also had the choice of this phone or no phone whatsoever. As my old phone was about to die. And I had it way longer than what the insurance, would cover. 7 years. And the phones they offered for upgrade were in the $150-$200 range. Sadly I didn't have the money to get one of those. Phone is a bit heavier than expected, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. But otherwise a good replacement in a pinch. Or if you're getting it for a child (personally I wouldn't give a kid a smartphone). Was also delivered faster than expected. So no complaints there either.

Easy to order came on time

I dislike it didn't have Apple Pay an phone was too big.

I purchased this phone to add to my Boost Mobile account. When I tried, we found out they never unlocked it. I tried to call them more than once and no answer. Its only good for games but not a cellular plan. Disappointed in their being non responsive as I left them a message.

DO NOT buy this phone thinking you can activate it with Boost Mobile, if your an existing customer. Because you CAN'T apparently, even though it says Boost Mobile on the box! Boost says Walmart has to unlock it and Walmart says you have got to call Boost(done both many times for a month). No one at the local store that it actually came from, knows anything and Walmart will not return it! So, I'm basically stuck with a paper weight. Any other phone i have ever bought that was the same service you could always use your existing Sim in. Just pop it out the old broke phone and pop it in the new one. But NOT this one!! It makes no sense!!! What makes even less sense is that you can buy this exact same phone on the Boost Mobile website now for $89(that was unavailable a month ago) FISHY!!!

I ordered a boost phone they sent me a total wireless phone I don't have total wireless service

The add said online only I went to pick up item only to see the order I placed 9am in the morning bring bought yhr ladt phone and when it was my time to pick up my order they kept mr wauting over hour to tell me they can ship it 2 days later

Order the phone and it can't be used

Arrived with a SIM card that is no good. Have to wait another week for Boost to send a replacement sim.
