I'm very pleased! I could not beat the price! Shame on my phone company to charge customers hundreds for the exact phone the exact phone that Walmart delivered to my residence for under $********* with taxes! I'm elated that I had the sense to google it first after boost no longer had it in stock! Much thanks to Walmart online!
Easy to set up, easy to use. The price is incredible for so much storage, great battery life, fast charger and cord included. Super fast and a powerful camera. I can only say good things about this ohone that is a super upgrade from the phone I had, which I thought was very nice when I got it. Bravo Boost! Thank you Walmart!
the phone is awesome but the phone face is super sensitive. I'm talking the first 30 days the phone slid right off a chair and face cracked. next time it did the other side and that was on a cushioned floor. I'm grateful it's still under warranty so I can get it fixed. cause a feature on it is great for me as an Epileptic. I can set up if something happens it'll alert 911 send a video of what's happening around you along with any medical information I have setup on there. It'll also send it to your emergency contact. if I can't get it fixed I'll buy a new one. just for that feature alone. the minus one star is for the sensitive screen. especially since a case didn't make a difference lol and the camera quality.
It looked very nice , but sadly my husband couldn't use it…. The day before we got it in the mail he shattered his phone and had to get another one. 😕
This is just my personal dislike for the phone's features. The volume is too low and it's hard to hear on speaker even with the volume up as gar as it can go. I didn't like the phone's calendar either. And the phone had too many pop ups asking me questions as I was trying to do things on it. It's also heavily dependent on your Google account which I'm not a fan of Google.
It's an average device. Battery life is so-so, the turbo charge is slower than other phones. It also freezes sometimes where you will have to restart it. It's not bad, but shop around for something better if you can.
The phone came with a SIM card that expired in February 2025. It was impossible to set up and I had to go to the Boost store for help 18 miles away. Walmart wouldn't allow a return or refund. The Boost rep tried to activate the phone but couldn't get in sync with the credit card company because I have a post office box for my billing address. Thieving thugs kept stealing our mail from the driveway mailbox. Not everyone lives off of paved streets and has mail delivery to the door.
it seems really great and up to its expectations. got two of the same phones, After a month everything on the phone declines fast, had it for about 5 months now and picture quality is junk , phone keeps glitching and freezing both phones at the same time which is very odd. definitely not worth the money. you can buy a cheaper phone with better results DO NOT BUY
The UPC number didn't match the serial number. Therefore, I wasn't able to set it up with Boost Mobile because it was a locked phone from Walmart. Walmart couldn't unlock the phone because the UPC didn't match the serial number, which they said was an error on Boost Mobile side when they put the sticker on the phone. Walmart said it does happen, however it's very rare. Walmart said if i were to buy the same phone again online, it should be easy enough to unlock as to it's rarity of happening twice. The refund took a special Walmart coach to refund as it needed an override due to serial and UPC number not matching.
I bought the phone once, it was shipped to my house, I tried charging it and it gave me an error code. I then returned it to Walmart. I tried buying a phone a second time, and it said it was unavailable to ship to this address
