loved the phone until my 5 yr old daughter put in the toilet. but if you go to boost mobile website they are selling the exact same phone but for just wait for it $$$ 9.99 no joke
it doesn't work for Boost Mobile not compatible too
I ordered this phone as a gift to replace a daughter's phone. It arrived Feb 15. Due to Covid, my daughter was quarantined and could not get to my home until yesterday, March 6. I have had a Boost family plan for a few years now, and have purchased a busy phone from Walmart just 3 months ago so I had no concerns about transferring my daughter to the new phone. However, after trying through Boost's website, I got an error message saying the phone "is not eligible to swap". I visited a Boost Mobile store for them to get it working for me and they got the same message and told me that the Walmart Boost phone was not on Boost network. They said the packaging is even different. I ended up having to purchase another identical phone while at Boost. When I got back home, I visited Walmart website to simply start a return on the nonworking phone I purchased from Walmart. I was met with a message saying that my window time for exchanges had expired March 1st. Crap out of luck??
ORDER 5 PHONES ONLINE. RECEIVED ALL PHONES AND THEY WERE ALL LOCKED!!! I WAS TOLD TO CALL MANU. WINGTECH IN WHICH IS IN CHINA TO HAVE THEM UNLOCKED! NEEDLESS TO SAY I RETURNED THEM.
well... it might be a good phone... only I can't activate it on account that someone didn't scan it before shipping... now i have to go stand in a loooong line to see if someone at the store can help me!!! very frustrating
