A very excellent and simple to use phone. It does what I need to do and allows me to play games and look up things. Recommend this phone just not so much Boost Mobile. Their service is poor.
I've always avoided iPhones because I am frankly rough on phones. Low to mid tier androids have generally served me well, but they have suffered a bit from lower memory, crappy cameras and inability to use phone pay with a tap. This phone doesn't suffer from any of those issues. It's not quite an iphone level camera but still several levels above what I am used to. I definitely recommend this phone.
So far it's been great 😃👍
it has some minor quirks to it but at this price point that this phone far exceeds others at this price point
I bought this boost mobile pack because it was without a subscription. I just needed a phone that I could recharge according to my needs. The phone arrived at my home, I am very happy but the problems started when I wanted to create my and activate the sim card and take advantage of my 15 euro first charge that comes with the mobile. After five attempts, it was impossible to finalize the payment online! I was forced to contact the boost mobile customer service. The line was activated and the activation of my account on the boost mobile application too. From that moment on, I did not have time to share my number or have time to use it, until this day, I regularly receive scam text messages! I did not even dare to share my number! Then it is impossible to connect to my account online and on the app. My phone number and email address are not recognized. The security codes sent by SMS (I received 7 because I tried several = do not work either. I call boost moblie, after 20 minutes of useless conversation, nothing is done to allow me to access my account. So I make the proposal to the agent and I tell him that maybe it would be time for you to offer to connect me while I am with you on the phone. He makes me wait. He sends me codes twice and asks me if I have lost my password!!!. I ask to cancel. Answer! Cancellations are done by phone. I answer that I have already tried to contact them, but no answer. Finally I end this conversation and just out of curiosity, I try to connect to the internet. and of course it works. (the security code received worked). And the bad surprise, I see that my free recharge service has been activated in autoplay. So who activated autoplay ??? I try to deactivate autoplay, of course it's impossible and to finish it all off beautifully, it's impossible to erase your bank details! It's simply trickery, dishonesty and theft. You are enrolled in a service that you did not ask for and they will surely ask for a penalty to cancel this subscription that I did not subscribe to. And what's even worse, you are automatically stuck with a subscription and forced to assume by force the constraints of a contract that does not exist on paper and that you were not aware of at the time the contract was signed by trickery!. So, here's what I'm going to do and what all people who are victims of boostmobile's insidious and underhanded strategies do: FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE BB (Better Business Bureau) and the FC (Consumer Inquiries and Complaints Center). Boost mobile never again!
I am having problems with the phone in my calls it sometimes hangs up or I have trouble understanding what the other person is saying
I never got my order. It says delivered but it wasn't . The picture I got sent was of the driver taking a pic of my package inside her car. I've went to all my neighbors and no one has it . Then I call Walmart to tell them what's going on and they say they have to investigate it before I get my refund . This was 2 cell phones over a hundred dollars and I'm supose to just wait till seen if they may or may not give me my money back when the driver did not do her job because there suppose to take pics of where they sit the package not a pic of the package still in their car. I need my phones now . I am really upset with Walmart . I will not order from them again. Their customer service is awful all I got was the run around and its not even my fault.
The card to pay for the minutes on the phone would not work. It took multiple calls to tech support and going into the store to still not have the phone working. My husband was out of town and lost his phone. No one could get this phone activated until after he got home. We've used Boost for years, but their quality is way down since the company was sold.
Purchased in December will not recharge battery properly tried to purchase it four times since then and Walmart keeps shutting me off I think boost Mobile is buying them all and for $49 and then trying to sell them to me for $109
Worst piece of trash ever! Became "corrupted" %26 told me to factory reset. Turned back on a few times only to give me messages that the system wasn't working. Now it doesn't even turn back on. I definitely want a refund
