if you are swapping devices and are already a customer. Just put your old phones' sim card in you stylus 5g 2022 and your boost mobile service will follow with it. customer support told me it was locked to another carrier so i looked up what i could and found that out. It is boost but it is not at the same time. simple fix if you have that problem. active 5g or advanced network boost mobile sim 📶 (can be from your old phone or new sim activated) ➕ new moto g stylus 5g 2022📱 (best idea ever) = good to go

This phone is perfect for my needs. I love the use of the stylus pen, I can write on pictures and even do a better signature for important documents that needsnto be signed. It has a long battery life I am loving the storage! Takes amazing pictures as well yaaaay. Good price for what you get

I'm switching from an LG to a Motorola G Stylus 5G cellphone. This phone is very user friendly, the transfer was smooth. I'm enjoying all the upgrades, compared to my almost 4 y/o LG. I convinced my husband and sister to upgrade to this model.

free phone so far. I feel like the battery life isn't as great as its predecessor, the Motorola g stylus 5G 2021, BUT THE CAMERAS ARE MUCH BETTER THIS TIME AROUND. I just wish the battery was too. one of the biggest reasons why I like this type of phone is for the amount of storage. I never ran out of storage with the 2021 and I highly doubt I will with the 2022 either. that's more so why it costs so much to be honest.

I have been trying to return this phone for months but it only shows up under the what do you think portion of my order history. I am not able to click on it and get the order information to be able to return it. I have another one of these phones and they are wonderful but I didn't need this one. I took one star off because I was not able to return the extra one I bought.

constantly restarts and battery while epic at first has already already shrunk to less than a day charge time or security updates are throttling the device down.

Went to set it up on our account and Boost Wireless told us that it was a stolen phone. How the heck did a new phone become stolen? Manufacturer, Walmart and FedEx need to check their Security protocalls ASAP! Boost told us to return to store or send it back for refund only. still waiting for refund. I gave it 2 stars only because it was a nice phone.

Walmart advertised this phone to have 256GB of internal storage, it has 128GB instead. I don't think they will exchange it for the one advertised, that's my opinion....

I am very unhappy with this phone. Noone can hear me when I make or receive calls. I will be trying to get another phone or get a refund. Very disappointed

Boost is selling these phones like this one and saying..It comes with wromg sim card..then u must BUY..another card called -black and white about twenty dollars..then a boost authorised dealer must program phone with addition cost up tp 100.dollars..that why i retuned phone..
