incorrect specs
I just ordered this yesterday. it was delivered today so that part was great but the specs state that it has a 5000 megahertz battery. it is only 2800.

NOT HAPPY WITH SET UP PROCESS
Phone lets me get around in it but setting it up has become a complete and utter waste of my time and went to Verizon for help and they wanted to charge another $40 to "help me out". This is garbage when you buy a phone, buy the card to put minutes on it and they want me to pay more to make it work. NOT HAPPY

phone would not take SIM card, phone boost they sent another SIM card it would not work with that SIM card either, support said the phone is broken. it needs to be returned and

100%Useless! Cannot be hooked up to any service.
This phone literally cannot be hooked up. Not to Boost or to any other service. It is not useable, and you really aught to quit selling things like this to folks... Things that cannot be used. At all.

Zero stars. The piece of crap keeps freezing and restarting at random times. Ordered 3 different phone covers because the store sales no accessories, none fit but I had to fit the bill to mail them back because store wouldn't except even though from their website. Leaving from trying to return last case, bam! Phone hits ground once screen shatters. I do not recommend AT ALL!!!

WORST Phone I have ever had!
I have had this phone for 6 months and it is the WORST investment I have ever made! Jumps from one app to another without provocation! And the battery barely last 24 hours!!!

Not up to Standard
Blurry sound when it rings in. Can't hear the callers clearly. So disappointed. Returning it tomorrow. Will not buy or recommend this phone.
