Boost Mobile, Motorola Stylus 5G - Prepaid Smartphone

idk what the first two reviews are talking about. i had no problem activating the phone by myself. Ive never had a problem using the phone in anyway. Some ppl just dont understand directions i guess.

love this phone. i got for work and personal use. the split screen is so helpful and the processing speed is great even when connected to 2.4 wifi. would recommend

Good battery life, easy to navigate through, nice stylus, battery lasts long enough. Good size, so far so good. I would recommend this phone.

The Phone is great. However, you must buy it in the store because they need to do the thing where they scan both bar codes on the phone box at checkout. I first ordered it online and apparently no one at Walmart scanned it and it would not activate. Was quite the hassle to get all of this figured out. Ultimately had to return it and then buy the exact same thing inside the store and then all worked fine. So don't buy this online.

i recieved the phone yesterday opened box it had been opened before no cover on screen had 2 sim cards one in the phone one in a paper envelope very upset it had shown someone had tampered with the phone taking back and getting a refund

Thought I got good deal, this phone for 122$ shouldve known if it sounds too good to be true... So I took it took it to the Boost store to get my number switched over and this phone is unable to be activated. They tried everything they could. So basically they sent me straight trash. Im livid Now I have to return it and hope I get my money back and I will buy this phone for 250$ from the Boost store so I know its legit. I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to but this trash!! Id give them zero stars if I could

Make sure to buy it in store so they can scan it. I bought it online and they didnt scan it to show bought in boost mobiles system. Thus, I had to call online where they couldn't help and have to return it.

I dont like this phone but i am going to use still but almost no apps on this phone work right and my phone restarts by it self everyday

Could nót activate and the people on both ends are not informed by boost mobile management and walmart management. you would think that with all the negative reviews they would make the necessary corrections. Doesn't anyone at Walmart or Boost mobile question all the returns and support calls?
