Doesn’t have the virtual mouse as advertised but other than that love the large screen plus it runs android so you can sideload apps but theirs no google play or services

Did it receive information how to activate it and cannot get it to take prepaid minutes, it doesn’t have a phone number with it

Out of all the cell phone companies Boost Mobile charges the most for their phones including this old fashion flip phone

This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased the phone while mine was in the shop. I was unable to activate it. I have called 4 times in the last week and left messages, and no one has responded. At this point, I have a phone I was unable to fix and can not use.

Not User Friendly...Not Returnable
Don't do it!!!! We had an emergency situation in which we found ourselves without service from our carrier. Bought the phone and a Boost call plan. Opened everything up in the store and with assistance from staff found it impossible to activate. $24.88 down the drain. Unable to return and hadn't even left the store with it. 2 young tech smart employees couldn't figure it out and we certainly couldn't.

The Boost Mobile 8GB was a SCUM
The Boost Mobile 8GB wasn't working because I couldn't activate the account despite I put all information required, and the Boost Mobile customer service was terrible and very disturbing. After hours of call could not help or give the right service or and she didn't know who to help activate the phone, but giving me very hard time because she did not have any experience. The customer service girl kept telling me that her PC system is down and when I asked to speak to her supervisor to activate my phone, she rejected by telling me he is not available. I returned this Boost Mobile phone because I believe this company is SCUM and Walmart should NOT DO BUSNISS with this Boost Mobile. I'm very disappointed with this product. I asked the Walmart store manager to write a report, and I presented to him all approves. He promised me to write a report with the approved I gave him.
