The phone is really nice. The camera takes vey clear pictures. I purchased the phone for my husband. He Loves how the phone holds a charge for a long time.

I liked the price and the size of the phone. Bought for all 3 of my kids and they love their new phones.

not real crazy about this phone it runs pretty slow compared to the other Samsung phones that I've had in the past I'm actually not even sure that I'm going to keep it it's that bad so if you like a phone that's fast this is not the phone for you or maybe it's just the one that I got

From the moment it booted up, even before I put any apps on it, it lagged when trying to do simple things like write a text. I'm not a super fast typed but it couldn't keep up with displaying what I was writing . It only got worse when I added the apps from my old phone. It required 12 updates to the UI that had to download and restart the phone one at a time. It took hours to do all the updates. I had to do all that before it would let me do anything else.. when all that was done I discovered that it was full of bloatware. It had 25% of the memory full before I put anything on it. Samsung apparently loads its own software for things that I have always used Google apps for and you cannot uninstall any of it. I was forced to choose between losing access to everything I have in Google apps and go to using Samsung's apps or have duplicate apps taking up my memory. When I loaded all the apps I had on my previous phone t0he 32 GB memory was half full. At that point it was basically a potato. I wanted to get a phone that was an upgrade from my current phone and this was a significant down grade. I'm not sure if the one I got was defective or if they are all this horrendous i.am returning it and I wont be buying another Samsung. phone. It doesn't speak well for their quality control sand the Bloatware is just ridiculous I can only guess this is something all their phones have. I have no interest in using their proprietary software.. The Google apps I. Have always used.work great, no need to reinvent the wheel. I'm fine with them putting their own stuff on there but I should be able to delte

Apps load slow but overall, not bad for the price.
