Box was a bit tattered but everything inside was perfectly fine.

I'm very happy with it.

I got this phone not to be used as a mobile phone, but to be used as a Bluetooth connection to my Panasonic land line phone which I was unplugging from the land line. It just sits in a slot of my Bamboo charging box, next to the Cell2Jack (which is plugged into my Panasonic. It works well for the intended purpose. I can answer and receive calls on my old phone just like always and I now have the added capability of receiving text messages. The drawback of buying this prior generation of the phone (A32 instead of an A35) is that it took a day and a half to install all of the updates that had come while the phone was sitting on the back shelf of the storeroom.

This a great phone. I got it for my daughter who's phone had broken so insurance gave me money to buy a new one. She was so excited when she recieved it. I have nothing to complain about so far. She's had it almost a week and everything is good. The only reason why I won't give it 5 stars is when I bought it and went to activate it boost said it was locked. Even though it's through boost mobile. I had problem activating it but I was able tonget that fixed after many chats and phone calls.

I bought this phone per the reviews at that time. Brand new. I either was reading the wrong reviews or can't understand english. I touch the screen to open a app, 6-10 presses later it opens. No a different app opens. This is constantly happening. The wifi feature? Forget about it. It works for a few minutes then the exclamation point shows up. No one else has that issue in the house. Its not my modem. Data is constantly buffering. It says 5G even now. Keyboard? I try to type "hey", and the keyboard types, "get out of my life." Im struggling with this review. But voice typing works great. 180.00 buy something else. trust me keep looking.

Sim card not compatible with Boost Mobile. What a waste. Unable to activate due to this.

First order was told by Boost Mobile support that the IMEI to activate the phone was black listed. This device is brand new, this means someone took the info off the box and used to it for shady business. Hoping I get one that isnt black listed.
