Great price and activation was simple and fast. The phone itself is on the lower end of quality but its definitely a good buy for anyone looking for an inexpensive, non-smartphone alternative.
Best Deal out there, how can you go wrong? Boost is the Best network at the best price. No network can come close to Boost! Been with them since they started 15 years ago roughly.
Works good ,don't have to worry about payments for 12'months, if anybody tells you a bad review ,it's not so, the. Flip phone works fantastic for the price,
my step dad needs a flip phone as hes to okd school to learn a Smart phone. feb he bought this type if phone. he activated it with boost every month for 6 months they charged a 35-39 fee for service. in july i bought him a new phone seeing as his was broken i did same activation with boost was told sorry no plan like this existed. after 2 hours on phone i was hung up on so i continued and filed a formal complaint. come to find out yes there is a service plan for unlimited service 12 months . so a refund was issued for previous 6 months he paid for . so although this is great for aome please be sure its activated correctly.
boost mobile had no idea how to help activate the phone and now they're charging prior to the year being up that should be included. The phone doesn't work as well as it should and sound quality is not good. do not recommend this phone or boost in general.
I bought 2 of these. Does not work! Won't activate. Type in all your information and click "activate" and it just stays on the loading screen forever. No one at Boost knows what goes on. Just makes up excuses and gives you the runaround. Tells you go to a Boost store, return it to Walmart it's a bad sim (it wasn't). I ended up exchanging at Walmart for 2 new ones. SAME PROBLEM. I wasted 8-10 hours of my Saturday on the phone/on hold/driving around trying to fix this and it still wasn't resolved. I'll be returning it for good. Save yourself the headache and don't buy this. The savings isn't worth it.
When I Received phone was locked to a different carrier. Makes no sense to me at all. Walmart said call boost. Boost said Walmart has to unlock it. Don't order boost phones! Had to just return it.
Attention shoppers, beware! I purchased a phone advertised with a year of service for $60, but it arrived without a SIM card, making the service unusable. Don't fall for the same scam; check thoroughly before buying.
The item came in a box that looked l like it had already been used and returned. Opened it up to find out that there's no SIM card! So now I'm waiting for a refund that might or might not come. Very disappointed in this product
I bought this for my son's Santa present. When I attempted to activate it could not be activated. I contacted Walmart and was told to go through the 3rd party seller. I have done so and while they told me they would refund my money, I am unable to start a return through the walmart site like I was emailed to do. My son's Santa gift is a piece of plastic now that cannot be activated even though the description said it came with one year of service. The phone was not unlocked to do this. I spent $100 on something that is not usable and I am not getting help from this crappy 3rd party seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
