Its an upgrade for me. But I don't still trying to transfer all my information

it is a nice phone. would be nice if could pick the shipping company. UPS takes forever and that is how it was first shipped then from UPS was handed off to local post office.

The phone doesn't work. I activated the phone and it will not make calls or texts. I tried everything but couldn't get the phone to work. I don't have a number I've done everything I could but it still doesn't connect

Camera is horrible, not sure how to use settings and volume is not working

😱 DISSATISFIED/DISAPPOINTED 😱 I took my phone to the BOOST franchise to have it activated, the battery would turn on or adhere to the electric activity. The Boost representative told me to return the merchandise; therefore, I returned the phone to Walmart, then return to the franchise and had to purchase another phone at a much higher cost than the ordered phone.... By the way I did not mention I use public transportation; another thing, I did not mention I am 85 years of age. While I have your attention, I was disappointed yesterday, April 8, 2026, after awaiting 4 extra days for my ordered Pennington Rye Grass Seeds, yesterday I received an unordered "cross shoulder purse", but no grass seeds... I am 85 years of age, and I want to sow the grass seed before I transition/die. I WANT MY 20lbs OF GRASS SEEDS. You're only giving a 14-day window to return the phone. The phone has several glitches it will shut off on its own and reboot displaying a different date and time. There's no warranty on the phone stuck with a faulty cell phone.

every time I get one of these phones they're either pre-infected with a virus or end up becoming slow and unusable they are not reliable and I end up getting one every month it's ridiculous

Someone else had the phone hacked the phone was for a child I tried resetting won't let me it freezes horrible buy boost mobile gave me the run around should of never purchased
