I love the sleek design. and the huge screen . you can not beat this phone for the price you pay anywhere. I was already on a plan and lucky for me the carrier was the same carrier that I am with. So no costly activation or nonsense fees to pay. I love it.
I am very pleased with the phone overall. I did have to search how to turn off the keyboard feedback. My AI told me 5 different things to try before we found the right setting, several of which I had already tried on my own. So it's not obvious how to turn it off. And it's LOUD, with no clear way how to turn it down. 1. Open Settings 2. Tap Sound %26 vibration 3. Tap More settings (or Advanced) 4. Turn Touch sounds OFF 5. Back out one level and also turn off Key tones if it's there. Try this: 1. Open Settings 2. Tap System 3. Tap Gestures 4. Tap System navigation 5. Choose 3‑button navigation or Gesture navigation (whichever you're not using now) Switching modes often makes the recent‑apps screen look more like a standard Android layout instead of that skinny line
Love the size and options on the phone, camara is great. Biggest dislike and what keeps from 5 stars is a big learning curb on learning how to get browser screen back to previous pages. There are not the usual 3 icons at the bottom of screen ( back arrow, circle and square. it is kind of a pain to get use to.
not bad for the price, bought it for my preteen son, it works well for him. He has a tendency to break the phones so I usually get whatever is on sale, but this ana the moto G phone have worked the best.
I was led to believe that this was a prepaid phone when I did a search on your Website for prepaid phones only to find out that this is NOT a prepaid phone and either you or boost mobile lied on the description to get me to buy it, because I cannot use this phone without buying a monthly plan ... Therefore that is NOT prepaid.
Picture and sound quality not the best.
I never received my order. It said delivery attempted and was returned to the store. Well I have cameras all over my house and Walmart never came to my house to deliver the phone..So how did they make an attempt?
Been with moto g for some time time. Maybe too long?! Anyway, slow like my old phone and just doesn't make sense in many respects! Why so hard to understand the real basics?! Like getting back to the home screen??.... turning it off? You'd think the lower button on the side would turn it off after holding down for an extended period of time? Just like every other phone of this setup that I've had.... you'd be WRONG!! SO glad to get it out of my Life!! Thinking about how much I needed to download again/install made me just want to spike it into the ground! No thanks! My old phone was getting slow, but at least all that stuff was DONE!!
Am unable to activate without Boost wanting an automatic pay for 12 months to put minutes on this phone. I do not want automatic pay, I just want to load minutes on it without the $5 discount with auto pay. Not what i expected.
i asked the driver to leave it at my back door well the picrure shows a door but not.my back door and i never receivedmy item so i processa refund request that was denied i will never orderfrom walmart again
