Helps keep energy levels up
I use these in fruit smoothies. Otherwise, I find the consistency to be unfavorable; cutting it with a small amount of milk helps. The choice of 3 flavors is an added benefit; I have tried the Vanilla and the Chocolate though I prefer the Strawberry.

Great substitute.
All the flavors are delicious and smooth. I highly recommend these. I lost weight with these, using them for breakfast and lunch and a salad for dinner.

when ordering online double check your receipt
I ordered two two packs which equals 4 boost nutritional drinks I only received two now is that a scam or what would you call it charge me $44 for two the other two I never ever received at my door I received one two pack that's it it said to for $44 I ordered four never got the other two that's what happens when you ask to write a review people learn what you really do and that explains possibly why you are a multi-millionaire corporation because you scam people out of their money and most of the time you get away with it I just wish I could walk and buy my stuff on my own and I wouldn't get ripped off but since I'm handicap and I can't walk although you have those carts that sometimes work it still wouldn't work I'll be there an hour or two just to get a few things you got to be serious and honest with your customers or you're going to lose them and wait till the tires hit that's going to make everything worse but why do you scam senior citizens out of the little bit of money that they have because I'm an SSI because of my handicap why why do that be honest sell them what they bought and stop splitting the orders so that the second one is less than the normal free price and free delivery.
