I've tried liquid meal replacements in the past and I really didn't like them but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried this. It's creamy and chocolatey and filling. It's actually very good! I'd feel really good about giving this to anyone who needed a little boost in their diet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect meal replacement or nutrition supplement, especially for those who need to gain weight after an illness, as it's loaded with 360 calories, 4g fiber, and 14g protein.Added bonus that it's gluten free, kosher, and has no lactose. Nice creamy chocolate flavor made even better when I used it instead of milk to make shakes for my husband who recently had neck surgery & was on a soft foods diet due to swallowing issues. Definitely have this on my shopping list until he's back on a normal diet.

Super tasty, loaded with protein this makes a great meal replacement or the perfect dessert. I like how compact & easy it is to store. Drink it straight from the carton or pour in your favorite cup. The Boost Plus rich chocolate tastes phenomenal in my coffee! Not bitter or chalky tasting like some proteins can be. This one makes a perfect chocolate frappe! It's a great way to make sure I get the protein I need in a day and taste great to boot!

If I had one bad thing to say it would be to not expect a big chocolate taste. It was a little bland- like a watered down chocolate milk.

For a quick healthy boost in the morning , a snack in the afternoon or just on the go, this was the perfect choice! When my mom was alive, I did give it to her to her her maintain her weight as advised by her doctor. She used to drink it all too with no complaints!
