I can skip a Meal and Drink a Boost and be good until the Next meal! The Boost I get are the Boost Plus which are 360 Calories and 14 Grams of Protein! I actually lost some weight by Skipping Lunch and Having a Boost Plus instead!

I had this Boost on hand, and it perfectly and deliciously filled the gap! I tasted it straight, and it's really good - smooth, chocolatey, not too sweet, and no chalky aftertaste! Then I poured it in my iced coffee for a treat that tasted decadent!!!

I've tried liquid meal replacements in the past and I really didn't like them but I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried this. It's creamy and chocolatey and filling. It's actually very good! I'd feel really good about giving this to anyone who needed a little boost in their diet.

At least I know he has the nutrition he needs to maintain his weight. The flavor is good, the screw top is easily opened and closed. This also works well frozen in an ice cream freezer.

If I had one bad thing to say it would be to not expect a big chocolate taste. It was a little bland- like a watered down chocolate milk.

It was very filling as well. It opened easy for my arthritis hands. The only negative as the carb count is very high so it would not be something I could have often. But I recommend if you are not carb conscious.
