I like it for on the go when I don't have time to make or go out to lunch. It's healthy and fills me up without all of the calories of fast food. The Boost Plus rich chocolate tastes phenomenal in my coffee! Not bitter or chalky tasting like some proteins can be. This one makes a perfect chocolate frappe! When my mom was alive, I did give it to her to her her maintain her weight as advised by her doctor. She used to drink it all too with no complaints!
