It seems to work ok but it is NOT a cream or even a gel. It is pretty watery so difficult to deal with.

This was and is a total waste no matter how you pay people to write reviews. its thick and does nothing. Catchy name however. LOL

To be 100% I'm kind of disappointed. I tried some on myself like on my tip and then I gave some to my partner thinking like it would work unfortunately we waited a little bit over 10 minutes to let it kick in to see if it would work and just a little you know finger play Unfortunately she could still feel and safe words were used so this product is not actually making anything numb you could still feel it does feel good though for a male when you put it all over your tip it helps you a little bit like a Vaseline track that you're supposed to extend the timeframe but either way it's all right. It's basically just a drier thicker version of Vaseline. It works, but just doesn't do the actual numbing.
