The photos show them to be brighter in color. Also one had a different spinner color on it not like the package or photos.Other wise there nice spinners for small pan fish as well as bass.
Solidly built lure with good action and half the price of most other spinnerbaits on the shelf. It's smaller than any other spinnerbait's in my tackle box but I was pleasantly surprised by how far this thing will cast.
It's a perfect size for a small, medium pound. colors mimic natural insects. Great deal
I have been fishing for as long as I can remember, and I have been using this lure for the last few years, and let me tell you that theres a reason for that. This lure yes is small, but I have caught monster bass and pickeral on these bad boys and none of them have ever broke. Anytime I have the chance to buy them, I'll take 3 at the least, they're hard to find in store, but when you do you take it. I always have great luck with the pure white version. I 100% advise you to get this if you want to catch fish.
My friend and I fish Largemouths in small clear water lake of Wisconsin. We use a lot of spinner baits, chatter baits, and hard baits; but when the bite is tough we go back to "The Purple One". I don't know why this little spinner bait is so productive, but year after year it proves itself time and again. Please keep making it !
I've just recently gotten back into bass fishing, and am upgrading my arsenal. Bought a Pond Magic in the Nest Robber color and landed a 16" largemouth on the third cast. This fish was caught in a highly fished public pond, at one of the most fished spots (it has a shade tree with a picnic table and is right next to the parking lot). If I can land a bass like that at a spot like this, I can't wait to see what it will do once I get my boat back in action and get to some less fished areas.
Fishing was tough all weekend. Only caught 3 bass in 2 days. I tried crankbaits topwater jigs worms and even little inline spinners but nothing got me a bite. I switched to chartreuse spinnerbait for stained water and caught 14 bass and my first 2 crappie were caught on it
It's going to be a sad day when i lose my pond magic craw spinnerbait. It just keeps catching fish. It's starting to get all tore up and the paint getting chewed off from how hard the bass hit this lure. Couldn't be happier with this product. Have almost every color and have the best luck with the craw, especially when it is sunny. The tandem gold blades really shine underwater. Another great bait is the pond magic buzzbait in the purple junebug color. A lot of success with that one as well. Haven't had a day yet where i caught less than 10 bass in under 2 hours.
I used this spinnerbait for the first time at a small pier and caught a 17 1/2 inch flounder on it after a short amount of time. I have never used it for bass but plan to try it soon!
Loving the action on the spinners, it swims well in all kinds of water and I never have to worry about the kind of water. This is my go to lure for bass fishing this time of year.
