Boracare 30150 Nisus Bora Plus Mold Care 128oz, Clear

Boracare seems to be the industry standard for Quality Home Builders and DIYers like myself. Was very happy to find it at Walmart. It arrived fast and safe but I would suggest just a little packing material in the Box as it had a weak spot in the plastic when it arrived due to the Plastic bottle being dropped during shipping with the box dented, was close to making a hole in the plastic bottle but didnt, very strong plastic Jug! 5 Stars. I got the green bottle with the additional antimold by the way.

Good price and from a reputable source. Received it much faster than the quoted time. It was packed well so no leakage which is absolutely necessary for something like this. I also received a new product so not something old that's been sitting in a hot warehouse degrading. I've only applied a little so far but I'll probably end up buying another gallon for my barn. I would recommend mixing it with an indicator dye to avoid missing any spots or wasting any by double spraying.

This product I received great reviews on the Internet. Word of caution, carefully read the instructions before purchasing. It has special environmental considerations/limitations and mixing. IAlthough I have not used it yet, I will as soon as I complete the calculations is necessary for mixing. The YouTube videos may help in the process.

Look I have been providing mold remediation services for well over a decade and I have yet to find a product as amazing as this one!! We had nearly completed a total renovation/remediation on a home damaged heavily by hurricane Matthew for an investor who purchased it a couple years later. We treated the wood framing with this product prior to replacing finish materials. Hurricane Florence came through flooding the home again. 2 days under water, nearly 2 weeks until electricity could be restored and work could continue. We had to throw away the baseboards and air out wall cavities, but the framing was still prestine clean without any fungal/mold growth at all!!! :-)

Great price, faster delivery than Amazon, and product was as described.

It is not what I expected, I don't have the equipment to do the job.
