Glass Jar of Preserves Shipped Without a box.
You shipped a glass jar of grape preserves in a plastic mailer bag. No box - no bubble wrap. Needless-to-say the glass jar arrived broken into hundreds of pieces of broken glass mixed with jelly . Even the outside of the plastic mailer was covered in sticky jelly residue. Seriously ?
