Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, Nintendo Switch

The game was not taken out of it's safe-lock plastic container. I couldn't get past that plastic box to even open the game to play it. I returned the item -disappointed.

A very good game with a few drawbacks. You will need at minimum 7 Gigs of storage for the base game. Then each DLC adds up to about 17 Gigs of free space needed. I hate switch games that are not on the cart but after what Sony and Xbox have done Switch 1 and 2 games that are on the cartridge are a must buy for me even if they are partials like this or game key cards. The game itself does not have 4 player co op instead it has only 2. If you ever played Borderlands 2 for PS Vita this port is way better than that one was. To me Switch 2 runs the game at basically the same as Ps5 would except the occasional pop in. This is not an Oblivion situation with pop ins all over the place and makes the game kinda hard to play on switch 2. I would never pay 60 for it, but for 20 bucks you can find a lot of content and fun.

They need to fix it for Switch 2. So upset that I can't even play it. Do research before getting any Nintendo Switch games for a Switch 2, unless it's for the 2 itself.

the games engine and the switch engine don't work together well. it constantly goes pitch dark. I've messed with all the settings and looked it up other people have the same issue. I have a switch 2 as well and that makes difference either.

Originally bought for switch 2 DOES NOT RUN ON SWITCH 2 On switch 1 I had fun on what I thought was gonna be a low fps mess turned out to be a decent port. FOR ONLY THE SWITCH 1 The writing kinda fell off and classes didnt feel as compelling so im not sure ill delve deep into building a character but I had fun.

i recommend to teens but not children under 12. it's hard to understand and I'm an adult. May need to help the ten in some stages. but over all very good.

At $20 brand new, it is almost impossible to beat that value for money. The Borderlands franchise has provided me with countless hours of entertainment, and to be able to take 100% of the content from 3 on the go has been a joy. I did not experience any of the graphical issues others have mentioned. I believe at this point in time, the majority of those issues have been patched out.

this is my second favorite Borderlands game! The story is incredible just like the others. the improvements to gameplay, adding the ability to climb and to fast travel from anywhere, were awesome. this is also one of the most fun out of the series. I highly recommend this game whether you are a fan of the series or if you just want a fun game.
