With a built in brush and swab, a little cleaning solvent dropped on the wide portion of the rope, drop thru the breach and pull thru the muzzle and it will have the inside of your barrel shiny clean. This product is made of durable material and seems like it would last a while. The small handle on the end gives you a better grip while you are cleaning your weapon. The plastic case it comes is is suitable for your ammo case. I recommend this product.

The BORE-NADO is an important addition to any plinker or serious firearms enthusiast's cleaning kit. The BORE-NADOs design if for cleaning your barrel the correct way, from the chamber out, and with some firearms, cleaning rods just wont work. When cleaning my single actions or lever actions the BORE-NADO is the right tool for the job. After adding a little solvent to the cleaning rope, and a little to the integrated brass bristles, you just feed the brass weighted tip through the barrel and pull through. You can use the attachable sturdy plastic handle included, or the wide looping at the end. Not only is the BORE-NADO a must with my cleaning supplies, it takes up very little room in my kit. A must for serious shooters.

The coil needs to be straightened out to clean the gun barrel. It works like a charm on a rifle as well as a handgun. It's a little long for a hand gun, however, its the perfect size for a rifle. This item is highly recommended. The name of it says it does exactly as it should.

I have been cleaning guns for years and have never used something like this until now. I used this Bore-Nado cleaner on an old 1970s rifle and it worked very well. It did not work out for my AR-15 but that is okay. The product itself his well built and easy to understand how to use. I actually did use the plastic piece to help pull the feeder thought but I will be sure to use this feature next time. I would say this is best fit for bigger calibers or shotguns. Overall nice product and fun to use!
