Boscam Solar Wireless Backup Camera System for Trucks, 5 inch Monitor, Universal Fit, Plastic

I bought a 2007 corvette, w/dark window tint. Try backing up without it, very difficult. Best 100 bucks I ever spent, works great. It fits in my c/console w/power jack, I just flip the lid hit the button, it doesn't clutter up my interior. only con would be is that you need about 1.5 in of flat on the bottom, .5 on top. the top was ok but the bottom didn't have the room. the plate is recessed then it angles out a bit. so I bent the bracket out at an angel and it worked fine. But I think the non solar one would look cleaner, its a corvette man. pro it also comes on w/reverse, con it only comes on in reverse, the solar, anytime you hit the button.

The whole outfit works great , but when you go to put it on your truck it creates a lot of problems. They didn't think about if the truck number has a lip over top of the license plate . You can't put it on the bottom of the plate either because of showing the state on your plate. You need screw holes so you can attach somewhere. More thought needs to go into the design for the camera and the solar charging unit
