Bosch B36CD50SNB 21 Cu. Ft. Black Stainless French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator

We are very happy with our 500 series Bosch to bottom amount refrigerator. The refrigerator is spacious and the inside shelves are well designed. The refrigerator maintains a constant temperature without problems. The water and ice dispenser work very well. We are happy that we bought this fast refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had for about a month. Love the finish, details, and build quality. Coming from LG, feel like this will last. Only small complaints coming from previous LG is that water dispenser isn't as tall for water bottles so some spilling trying to get a bottle under and the drip tray is small and hard to tell when full so then it spills water opening the door. But once family gets used to that I expect this fridge to last 10+ years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the quietest refrigerator I have ever owned. It keeps things extremely cold. The controls are very easy to use and the warning through the app. When you leave the door open is a great feature. The plastic drawers and the glass shelf in the refrigerator are very thin and maybe too fragile for a large home with children that throw things in and out of the refrigerator. Also, the freezer shelf was held in place by a small plastic tab which broke. I am sure the replacement parts are very expensive. I used epoxy glue to repair it myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch definitely keeps food cold and freezer food freezes fast. I'm being completely honest when I say that I do not like the shelf arrangement as well as the previous Maytag fridge I had. It is somewhat difficult to get to food in the back of the shelves without moving everything around or taking items out for access. The Bosch appliances do get great ratings...that is real plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the space saving design of the interior, but it broke before it was even 3 months old. The temperature was swinging wildly in both the fridge and freezer compartments. The earliest a warranty authorized repair person in my area could fit me in, wasn't for another month. When he finally came out, he fixed the temperature issue (replaced the faulty thermistor), but misaligned the door when he put it all back together, scraping the finish off the top of the freezer door. It has been a very disappointing experience. I would expect that when I spend several thousand dollars on an appliance, it should just work.

It sat unusable in my kitchen until 2 Nov once new parts came in and repairs could be scheduled. The damper, fan and board all had to be replaced. So disappointed in bosch for this defective product. I really wish these appliances were made somewhere that quality was still a thing.
