[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been using the Bosch NIT866UC cooktop for a while now, and we couldn't be happier with it. The sleek design looks fantastic in our kitchen, but more importantly, it's an absolute pleasure to cook on. The induction technology is fast, efficient, and incredibly precise—whether we're simmering sauces, boiling water, or searing steaks, the heat control is spot on. We also appreciate how intuitive the controls are. Adjusting temperatures is quick and simple, which makes cooking feel smooth and stress-free. Cleanup is another big win—since the surface doesn't get as hot as traditional cooktops, spills don't burn on, and a quick wipe keeps it looking brand new. One of my wife's favorite things about this cooktop is the perfectly flat surface—no grates or burners to fuss with, and no gas smell in the kitchen. She says she'd never go back to gas again after experiencing how easy and enjoyable this is to use. Overall, the Bosch NIT866UC has made preparing meals something we truly enjoy together. It's reliable, easy to use, and has elevated our everyday cooking. Highly recommended for anyone who wants both performance and style in their kitchen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time we've had an induction cooktop and it takes a little getting used to but once you do it's great! Boils liquids faster than anything I've ever used - even gas. Sleek design and five cook stations are a definite plus.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this induction cooktop. The boost setting boils water nearly instantly. I have amazed my friends and neighbors while demonstrating this feature. It is sleek and very attractive in my new kitchen. I definitely would buy this appliance again if I had to do it all over. It is my new favorite appliance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally was planning on going with another brand, but switched at the last minute. Glad I did! No knobs makes for easy cleaning. Heat up is fast. Controls are attractive and easy to understand. Great purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently renovated our kitchen and installed this Bosch induction top. So far so good, no issues and easy to use. Speed boost function heats very quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] !st time for an induction top. Easy to use, Becuase of the black top, a little hard to keep clean - shows dust. We ended getting a 'sheet' made for induction cooktops that helps protect it from drops and spills. Heats items fast. It would be great if Bosch had a cooktop protector they would recommend.
I bought this product as a replacement of an old model. This one works perfect. First, it fits into the cut out perfectly. Second, it is very easy to use with lots of safety features. Third, it is much more effecient. Heating up is at least three times faster than before. It cools down also faster. Overwall, it is a great product with a brand that you can trust.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first induction stovetop and I'm getting the hang of what settings work for different foods. So easy to control. When you want to turn down the heat, it is an immediate change. I like the different sizes for the zones. Really enjoy cooking with it.
Nowhere does anyone tell you that below the bottom of the stove, a heat sheild unfolds that needs another 2 1/2" of clearance below the 2 1/2" the stoce itself needs below the counter, for a total of 5" clearance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even using top-quality All-Clad D5 cookware, the burners have hotspots and can develop burned spots along one edge of pan. The beeping is just so annoying and you cannot turn off many sounds. The touch on the controls is not sensitive enough so I am constantly having to touch repeatedly to activate. I do not recommend this cooktop.
