[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it gets the dishes clean. I love that I have the ability to control the dishwasher from my phone. It's a great dishwasher to purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a dishwasher in 30 years, so when I did a kitchen remodel I was able to fit one in. It's been amazing and everything come out sparkling. I love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not too many cycles, not too many leads to fail
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wonderful dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet and effective dishwasher! Easy to use and lots of options. Only downside is requires re-syncing to wifi pretty often so app not really useful. But it's not really necessary.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are unfortunately, not very satisfied with our dishwasher. It is unnecessarily complicated to use and the app always struggles to connect to it and the spacing for the racks is weird. Overall, it's fine, but wouldn't buy again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Install was fairly easy though template for cover panel didn't work well for me. Main issue is design. Dishes don't stack well, does not fit anything like our previous maytag which lasted over 20 years. Also silver ware caddies that have the individual utensile grid- not so useful- we turned them upward. Ads for the machine made it seem that this had a third rack at top for silverware. Disappointing to find it did not. Door takes considerable force to open. Spring tension may be too strong. Cover panel looks great and fits well- door was very difficult to open even before panel was installed. Primary positive virtue is that it is far more quiet than our previous machine, but from a design standpoint, not so efficient. Haven't had it long enough to judge durability.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a previous Bosch purchased 19 years ago. This new dishwasher has fixed tines for the lower rack which does not allow for efficient loading plus one section is so small as to only fit my smallest dishes. The silverware holders have openings smaller than the handels of my knives, dinner forks and soup spoons. Very inconvenient to load and unload. The springs are so tight on the door that I almost have to hold the door down with my foot in order to pull out the bottom rack. I wish I had kept my old dishwasher. Very dissapointed.
Entire process for purchase, installation, registration , "terms of use" agreement and early use of the dishwasher has been unsatisfactory to me and my wife.
