[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being almost 80 years old, we have gone through many, many dishwashers. We are just tickled with this Bosch- our first one! Love everything about it- the third rack for silverware is genius. Love how clean and shiny the dishes and glassware come out. The door closes beautifully, the racks are designed perfectly and it is so quiet you can't even hear it running. No doubt about it, Bosch is THE best dishwasher on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Bosch 800 series dishwasher. It is very quiet. I like the fact that a red light shines on the floor so you know the cycle is done. I did a test to see how well it cleaned. I put a plate with hard, cheesy sauce in the Bosch dishwasher. And to my surprise, it came out crystal clean. 😊

We have been using this dishwasher for about 2 months now. It cleans and dries the dishes very well, is extremely quiet. I have never had a dishwasher that does better. With that being said, all four of my kids (9-16 years old) keep on telling me they like our old Samsung dishwasher better. Granted, we didn't call customer service right away or look at the manual. We had the hardest time getting it to turn on and begin the cycle. The buttons are not intuitive for my kids and I. I didn't realize that there is an app to operate it. After using the app, it is incredibly impressive what customization is possible, as well as instructional videos. My kids love turning it on using the app. My kids still don't like the amount of room inside the dishwasher and the layout the items have to be in. The other dishwasher we had seemed to hold more. They had no idea that our old dishwasher was not as nice of quality - they just gave me their honest opinions. My opinion is that I'd buy it again.

We are pleased with the cleanliness of the dishes and the drying capability. It was even easier to install as the power cord plugs directly into an outlet rather than requiring custom wiring.

My only criticism is the racks verticle dividers are OK for plates but not so great for bowls small or large. They should stay a little more verticle but they always seem to fall forward and downward. The flatware holder is too fine and loading the forks, spoons, and knives fit but it takes some doing to put handles down into the holder. Wider openings in the rack would make things easier to load. I saved my flatware basket from my old Asko washer and not use that one instead of the Bosch one. The wine glass stems holder along the side, when put into position for the stemware, leaves open space under the stem holders that can not be used and therefore is wasted space on the side. I have 3 more photos to add but your site won't handle more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old Bosch dishwasher with the new model of Bosch dishwasher. The dishwasher is very quiet has advertised and cleans well. I just wish it had a clean light so you knew if the dishwasher had been run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed with the new Bosch dishwasher. They changed a configuration of the top rack, which caused me to exchange the whole dishwasher. It has a weird odor when you keep it closed for more than one day. The top controls doesn't offer the quick wash unless you go on an app. I don't need my dishwasher being run by my app I just want to go to the dishwasher and turn it on. It is not better. Plus my other dishwasher only lasted eight years, which is super disappointing. Not only do they last a shorter amount of time, but they are considerably more expensive. Very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need an clunky app to delay start this dishwasher which is infuriating; wouldn't have bought this if I had known. Otherwise a great machine that allows for a matching cabinet panel to be installed. Needing a clunky app for daily regular use really takes away from this machine.

Hello -- I needed to call in my local appliance repair technician, who installed my new dishwasher, to see if he could explain why it won't complete a wash cycle, either "heavy" or "normal." His belief is that the heating element in the dishwasher is malfunctioning and is causing the circuit breaker to trip shortly after beginning the wash cycle. He is going to contact Bosch on my behalf with respect to possibly doing the repair/replacement. Needless to say I'm disappointed and frustrated, not only because of not being able to use the dishwasher but also because of the added cost/s of trying to understand the problem.
