These are delicious. They do have a little kick, but that is what I love in pickled foods.

Super hot , spicy and crispy but need more zing!
Pour out half of the marinade liquid in jar and add more vinegar and about a tsp. of salt. and maybe another 1/2 clove of garlic or 1/4 tsp. of dry ground garlic and re-lid it tightly and let it pickle for another 2 or 3 weeks. It will improve the taste alot. It's super hot and spicy, almost too hot but with the ingredients suggested,it's much better tasting. It's super crispy which is a plus on pickled veges.

yet another delivery let down
the glass jar arrived wet with juices from the inside. it was SHIPPED in a plastic bag only.
