I have a Bose Ultra Soundbar and wanted the Bose Bass Module 700 for a long time. I finally got it !!! I should have got it sooner. It is fantastic !!! It has added such a rich, deep sound. Movies sound so much more dramatic with the full bottom sound it brings to life. Set up took 5 minutes, easy pairing. I definetly recommend the Bass Module 700 if you want to up your sound game.
I was a little skeptical at first but once I got everything set up, it worked fine. The instruction was a little hard to follow to sync the speaker but once I got everything set up, everything worked great..👍🏾
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to review this product and it has been a week since i have been using this for listening to my daily music and movies. The product is easy to setup, just follow the instruction on the Bose App on your smartphone and this can be paired wire free. The product looks cute and matches the finish with SoundBar 700 and is quite portable. This add-on to Soundbar outputs exceptional sound quality with Bass. At no point of my time listening to music i had a second thought on buying this Bass Module. Pros: 1. Easy to use 2. Sleek design and portable 3. Pair wire free 4. Exceptional Bass add-on Cons: 1. N/A
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy yes, I love this design plus the sound quality, it is my first time with Bose and I was touched by this product, I really bought headphones over a year ago as a gift to my wife for a birthday and they are currently working, so I I gave a taste later to buy a new TV for my living room, I had no idea to add a sound bar until I walked around the store and I heard this device, before I had some reference about Bose equipment, but I never called my Attention because I was not submerged in this world, until I heard the quality of this test device in the store, together, bar and woofer, wow !!! there I spent all that money without hesitation, cinema has gone out of style for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We acquired the Bose Bass Module 700 along with our SoundBar 700 and we are sure glad we did! I have spent several days testing the system while going back and forth between the Bose SoundBar alone and the SoundBar paired with the Bass Module. In the end, the bass module is worth it! If you are trying to decide whether or not to add the Bose Bass Module, here are some things to consider… The SoundBar 700 has good bass on its on. I can hear bass down to near 20 hertz which is about the bottom threshold of what the human ear can hear anyway. The problem is that though you can hear most of the bass with the sound bar alone, you cannot really feel it. Add the sub and the bass now becomes impact-fully great. It is the kind of bass you can feel in your chest. The bass from the module is CLEAN. Really, I have never owned a sub woofer with bass that is so crisp, clean and distortion free. I still can't believer that I can have bass so powerful in a module this small and have it be so quality in how tight it is. Great job Bose! With the Bass Module connected the mids and highs on the sound bar change and clean up a little. In other words, it sounds like the connected sub changes the overall sound signature so that the full-range drivers on the sound bar focus more on the mids and highs while the module takes care of the bass. The end result is that the whole frequency range sounds more clear and dynamic. I have had no problems with the wireless connection between the Bass Module and the SoundBar. Once paired initially, they have found each other every time. I do notice a slight lag before the module kicks in when the system is first powered on. The sound bar powers on almost immediately when it senses an audio source through it. The Bass module though, kicks in about three seconds later. This sub is BEAUTIFUL! Small and compact yet very elegant. We like the understated look with the glass top and rounded squared corners. In the end, we finally have the system we have always dreamed of!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose 700 module perfectly complements Bose 700 Soundbar. It is like a match made in heaven :-) in terms of looks and sound. Here is how I feel about this product and its features: Packaging & Box Contents Similar to soundbar, the bass module also comes in a very secure and sturdy box. It is a bit heavy so bend your knees when you pick it up. It is neatly packed with a lot of cushioning. The first thing that will catch your eye is the pristine tempered glass top. It looks fantastic. The product has a nice clean seamless look and the connection are on the back at the bottom. I have included some pictures to give readers an idea of the size of bass module. Other than a beautiful bass module in the box, you will also get a Power cord and instruction/safety booklet. That is all you would need. Setup The bass module set up is very easy and is driven through Bose Music App. Once you connect the bass module to the power supply and place it at your desired location, you add the bass module as an accessory to your Soundbar. You are done. The Soundbar and Bass module are wirelessly connected. You can run AdaptIQ calibration to optimize the sound experience. Sound Bass module produces very nice bass to give a fuller effect to the sound. The Bose 700 Soundbar communicates very well with the bass module and I did not experience any communication lag during my usage for movies, music. You can control the bass through the app and can feel the floor shaking under your feet or thump against your chest. Overall, it is an impressive product and with this bass module, an airplane take or any explosion scene in the movie will blow you away... So hold on tight :-) A must buy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the base module about a month along with the soundbar. It so far has performed great with rock music, classical, movies, and with video games. It pairs easily with the soundbar to work as a seamless system once the soundbar finished updating. The part that I personally enjoyed the most about the base module is when playing modern piano music I can really feel the vibrations that made it seem like I was sitting near someone playing a real piano. The vibrations when the foot pedal was used in the song reverberated through the floor as I would have expected from a live performance. It also adds an excellent immersive feel while playing video games by adding a necessary thump in the right parts to make the audio intensity match the visual intensity. The only thing lacking about the base module is the power when playing hip hop or rap style music which is something my brother pointed out to when he came over to see the system. I am not a rap music person but that is an important detail for those who like that type of music. Overall a great addition to my system, I am extremely pleased.
I bought this product recently and we are very happy with it! It was easy to set up and connect to our sound bar using the Bose app. Great sound, easy to change settings with the app and thunderous bass when you want it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paired the Bass Module 700 with the Soundbar 700. I have been using for about two weeks now. I really enjoy the strong Bass of movies and music. With wireless connectivitly
The Bose 700 Bass Module sounds AMAZING when it's cranked up for a movie night, I literally feel it in my chest. I feel that it loses it's presence at lower volumes. I purchased two Bose Smart Ultra soundbars and two Bose Bass Modules 700's for two tv rooms. One room is much larger than the other, but my experience with both is the same, the bass driver needs more punch at lower volumes. I'm probably being nitpicky here, and I'm probably a little tone deaf at these frequencies from working in aviation, but my kids say the same thing. At reduced volumes we often put our hands on the top of it to "feel" if it's working or not.
