Bose QuietComfort Earbuds, Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, Black

I’ve always loved Bose speakers and this was my first time getting their earbuds. I like the app where I can control the equalizers. There’s a bass boost option, which I like a lot! The sound cancellation is great! I bought these on the Black Friday deal for $129 so I’d say I got a great deal for the price and quality!

These earbuds fit well into your ears and the sound you receive is superior. Highly recommend these Bose QuietComfort Earbuds! I bought a pair of earbuds for my husband at Christmas and he doesn’t ever want to switch to another brand — he’s pleased with their performance.

These earbuds were a present for my daughter who works in a very noisy office and likes to listen to her own music rather than other people's. The noise cancellation feature is amazing, better than any other earbuds we have tried, and she is delighted with them. The colour choices are also good so, whilst expensive, these are well worth the extra money.

I had previously owned the Bose SoundSport In-Ear Headphones, and they were the best listening experience ever. Period. Without any hesitation, I went for the QuietComfort, and I must say, I am impressed. The Bose signature sound is still very much present (I listen to a lot of soft rock and vocal-forward tracks), although the SoundSport were more comfortable to wear. While I have no complaints about the sound quality, the ANC could be improved – I walk during the evenings and if there is a gentle wind, I can clearly hear the wind howling even in “Quiet” mode. And lastly, please make the app more polished and easier to use. It's slow, has a dated interface, and fails to auto-connect my earbuds. As sound quality matters the most to me and it trumps all the other annoyances I have mentioned above, I think I'll stick with my QuietComfort buds.

I love these earbuds. The noise is what you expect from a Bose product, which is why I purchased them in the first place. I already have the Bose quiet comfort headphones 🎧, but wanted the earbuds for the gym. I find some of the other brands did not sit in my ears properly, but changing the silicone helped, very comfortable and practical. Excellent quality as expected.

the active noise cancelling on these is INSANE! BEST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The reason for a low rating is the auto-turn off feature that you can not adjust. If the headphones don't sense you moving every 10 minutes they shut off, with a voice announcing they are turning off. I reached out to customer support and they said you can adjust this in the app, which is not true. I did some digging on reddit and this is a problem for this model. I work 3rd shift and need a good noise cancelling headphone, these are perfect until they shut off 🙃

My only complaint is that the buds go into “standby mode “ when the sensors detect non-motion. I get that this battery saving function can be useful but I use them to listen to white noise so I can nap without hearing my neighbors. Because I don’t move around during my nap the QCE earbuds go into standby and the white noise is stopped. Very annoying because they go into standby after 10 minutes and you need to touch them or otherwise move around to wake them.

Terrible if you like to run or cycle and it is a little windy as you can't hear a thing and you have to turn the noice cancellation off and their volume up full to have half a chance of hearing anything. Additionally the left and right keep losing each other and I have gaps between connection. When I stop and take the earbuds off and put them back on, they completely lose either the phone or each other and I have to re-sync them, sometimes successfully but mostly not successfully. Overall they are disappointing to say the least.

Ordered product for Home delivery! NEVER RECEIVED product. received a text from Delivery driver, texted back product NOT DELIVERED! After LONG chats with WALMART, NO REFUND is GIVEN! THEFT! I cancelled my Walmart plan. Going elsewhere to SHOP.. DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART!

I bought the earbuds, tested them. Determine that unable to use due to signal continuously drops in the left ear bud and signal intermittently unlink from Bluetooth. When I arrived to the customer service desk, they tried to validate the S/N on the earbud case vs the S/N in the product box with was different. I advised the “TEAM LEAD” that’s how I received the product. They told me to take my issue to “Bose”. I called the Custer care number for Walmart %26 was told the exact same thing.
