Bose QuietComfort Headphones, Bluetooth Over Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones, Petal Pink

Kinda sad the world is becoming so digital that the “get started” isn’t a physical manual type of thing, instead a QR code. But, the HEADPHONES OMG !!!! There are no “bud covers’ but the ear cushions are very nice quality, high quality (I’m assuming) pleather. The buttons on the outer ear I’m still figuring out, there’s simple volume control with the play/pause in the middle. There’s a Bluetooth on/off switch %26 a left button. It doesn’t power it off but just reads you the battery percent %26 switches the aware/quiet function. The quality of the sound is amazing; the biggest plus for me is the large size of the over ear cushion, they actually surround my entire ear instead of pressing into the flat face of my ear %26 (like other cheaper over the ears I’ve had) applying a painful amount of pressure on my multiple ear cartilage piercings. It’s like it just goes around the perimeter of my ear at just the perfect point that I can wear these for HOURS, on end!!!! They came ~70% charged %26 I have basically been wearing them non stop since they came in at 10:40 this morning %26 its 5:44pm now, I’m still wearing them as I type this! They’re currently at 40% battery! Amazing!!!! Battery life is impeccable, size of ear cushions is prime, the color is absolutely gorgeous!!!! All in all, WORTH THE PRICE!!!! When it comes to external noise! The sound isn’t 100% blocked, it is drastically “quieted” so that’s a great feature for me bc I’m usually using head phones to block out my Velcro baby’s cries as she’s got 100% of her vital needs taken care of, just doesn’t want to be in her playpen would rather be held, but momma needs to clean! %26 I can’t clean my room while she’s sleep bc that’s where she sleeps %26 she’d wake up, so! I say all that to say, if the cries get too drastic I can tell bc it’s not 100% noise cancelled. I also love how there is an aware vs quiet feature, I can’t wait to wear these while walking my dog %26 testing out the difference between those two! Not a fan of downloading apps for things thankfully it’s not a requirement, just if you want to control extra feature’s details from your phone, you can. I love that it came with an AUX %26 charging cable. As for the mic, I’ve been told I sound very crisp so that’s great!!!! I love that it came with a case, I do wish instead of black, they had made the case match the color of the headphones. But regardless! 100 outta 10, would recommend!!!!

These were so much better than I expected. Love the option of noise cancellation - don't even need to be listening to music to get that benefit. Great quality, sound and noise cancelling option with a simple switch.

Got these as a gift for my adult daughter who needs quiet while she does online Masters program. Great noise cancelling and quality sounding speakers.

Purchased 2 weeks ago and very happy. The quite comfort headphone's are comfortable, have fantastic sound reproduction and sync very well with my apple devices. The controls are easy to use and the frame looks durable - a quality product

The noise cancelling feature is great. i recently took a long flight and and I could hardly hear the jet engine noise. It made the flight so much more pleasnat.

They are very good. They are Bose. Only beef I have is they don't get loud enough for me. I don't think this problem is exclusive to Bose. I think our current nanny state has imposed some laws to "keep us safe". If I could have the choice, I'd prefer to choose my own volume. I rather die deaf than take perfect hearing to the grave. Life is better lived to the max.

Headphones are decent but still expensive. They don't cancel out huge amounts of noise but do reduce it a bit. That improves when playing something but I don't always want that. Maybe my expectations were too high. Not happy that the case doesn't match the headphones though. A black case with white headphones is very disappointing.

Thought buying the updated version of the Quiet QC headphones would be good, but sorry Bose, they are not as good as my old pair, I find them ill fitting, the charge doesn't last anywhere near as long as my 8 year old pair. And I am thinking of returning them

This is not a review of the Bose product, but rather a critique of Walmart's customer service and the blatant fraud that is occurring within the company. Purchased the product for $200. The product was stuck in the shipping warehouse for several days and was never delivered. Walmart is refusing to send a replacement product. Customer service is horrendous. Shipping is lousy. Walmart has no respect for its customers. Beware of buying from this company. Escalations to managers and e-mail do not work.

I got tired of screwing with it and it's stupid app just to listen to music. All i should have to do is Bluetooth connect and be done with it.
