Bought this to replace a Bose SoundTouch sound bar which is about to not longer be supported. Was slightly concerned about the comments online that the depth of sound was not as good. However, I have to say now that it is fully set up, with the levels adjusted, and the AI voice taken off it is far superior. Despite this being a smaller soundbar it gives bass and treble at good levels. The previous bar also failed to connect to my Bass Module 500 for the last 18 months. Now it is fully back up and running and I remember what it felt like to have the bass beating across the floor of my lounge! Absolutely love it.

this is a very good soundbar. i use this on my gaming pc and while the soundbar itself is good pairing it with the bose model 700 subwoofer is a game changer the bass is incredible. so if you want a great soundbar combo for your pc get this paired with the bose model 700 and you wont be disappointed

We had a large sound receiver with surround speakers for years. Way too complicated. As we've gotten a little bit older and our hearing isnt quite as good as it was, we've noticed we are struggling to hear voices with these sound systems we've had. We chose to try Bose and got the Bose Smart soundbar. It's Great! Great sound, great voice clarity. Very, very easy to use. We just added a Bose base module and wireless surround speakers, too. Wonderful sound. Bose is expensive but after the receivers we've had in the past years, Bose is worth it. Such amazing sound in a smaller package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Smart Soundbar to replace a 10yo solo that’ll stopped working. Love the sleeker design and style. Sounds as great as solo, have not had a chance to do movies with the dts or advanced sound to talk on. Music is great as with all my Bose products and voice is great with tv shows. APP was ok during setup only issues were linking with my google assistant. Never got the api to log in but somehow the soundbar appeared in my google products and am able to control it either hey google. Would suggest one of the bass modules as the low end isn’t really there if you enjoy feeling the action.

Very difficult to set up initially. Eventually done on the phone with the help desk. Two days later it's now not recognised.
