Bought this to replace a Bose SoundTouch sound bar which is about to not longer be supported. Was slightly concerned about the comments online that the depth of sound was not as good. However, I have to say now that it is fully set up, with the levels adjusted, and the AI voice taken off it is far superior. Despite this being a smaller soundbar it gives bass and treble at good levels. The previous bar also failed to connect to my Bass Module 500 for the last 18 months. Now it is fully back up and running and I remember what it felt like to have the bass beating across the floor of my lounge! Absolutely love it.

this is a very good soundbar. i use this on my gaming pc and while the soundbar itself is good pairing it with the bose model 700 subwoofer is a game changer the bass is incredible. so if you want a great soundbar combo for your pc get this paired with the bose model 700 and you wont be disappointed

I bought it based on reviews and to improve the sound quality of my tv. I am very pleased with the soundbar, the sound, and the features that come with it.

We had a large sound receiver with surround speakers for years. Way too complicated. As we've gotten a little bit older and our hearing isnt quite as good as it was, we've noticed we are struggling to hear voices with these sound systems we've had. We chose to try Bose and got the Bose Smart soundbar. It's Great! Great sound, great voice clarity. Very, very easy to use. We just added a Bose base module and wireless surround speakers, too. Wonderful sound. Bose is expensive but after the receivers we've had in the past years, Bose is worth it. Such amazing sound in a smaller package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for the name and quality but also the AI voice. It works fantastic. The room comes alive but does not get so loud that is annoying to any one else in the house. I paired with bass modual 500 and wow movies are fun to watch

its does what we wanted and thats to hear the voices. Overall it sounds like a bose, everything we have for aound is bose. voices are very clear. my wife loves the open earbuds connected to enhance the surround sound. The downfall is the app you have to have to make connections and adjustments. We hate that with a passion. the app is unstable on both phones. What ever happened to using a remote for like it has but for all purposes of the product? We are still half tempted to return it if because of the app.

Very difficult to set up initially. Eventually done on the phone with the help desk. Two days later it's now not recognised.
