My dog need her nails clipped. A friend of mine gave me his electric dog file n my dog run away asap due to the noise. So I did some research n read about them n the reviews too. So I ordered them. With in a few days it came n I got to clip her nails. They can be used on big dogs, very efficiency, there's a guard on the clippers so that you can clip off the nail just enough so they won't bleed. It comes with a file in one of the handles. It won't hurt the paws. The price, quality are good n the handles have a thick rubber cover to hold on too. You won't loose your grip while clipping your dog's nail n there are instructions what to do before you start clipping. I recommend them to.

These nail clippers are great! My GS nails are black and thick. These cut right thru! Excellent pair of clippers. I highly recommend these nail clippers!!

We have a Chow Chow and a Great Pyrenees. Regular clippers work for Meko, my Chow Chow but for Casper, our Great Pyrenees, not so much. His nails are very thick and very tough. Regular clippers are almost impossible to use. However, the new clippers are wonderful! Makes clipping his nails a breeze plus doesn't stress Casper out like regular clippers. Makes trim time great for both of us. Extremely happy with my purchase!

These work great on my my Pitt mix and his large nails. Excellent grips on the handles and I was able to quickly snip through many of his nails without him even noticing what I was doing, and this dog HATES having his feet touched at all. Highly recommended!

My two stars is for the deceiving sticker on the packaging that has a QR code for an “extended warranty,” but it redirects to a page that has nothing to do with clippers. It's a sight wanting you to pay your bring more clicks and internet traffic to your page. The sticker was clearly put on the by the clipper company and not just something a random person put on it because their name is in the page address. As far as the clippers go they work as well as as expected. What I think would be better is the handle. It would be nice if it had a better grip to it and not so smooth as well as a tad bit bigger. I will not patronize companies who participate in shady and deceptive marketing strategies so for that reason I don't recommend these. DO BETTER.
