I've been using this product now for six months and I can sadly say it does nothing.I'm a 40 year old and my hair shedding has become a lot worse on the top of my scalp recently and I was looking for a product to help combat this problem,but this isn't doing anything.I've been on pills before,but wanted to try something less expensive,but I guess I'll have to back to products that worked before.For now I'm using XFusion hair fibers which work very well,but I would like to get some of my own hair back someday soon.I'm done using this forever.

Within 1-2 weeks of starting use of this supplement, I developed terrible breath. Even lysterne breath strips had no effect on it and it. It was bad enough to impact conversations when I attended a large convention and harmed my ability to interact and network. When I realized the only thing that had changed in my life was this supplement I stopped it-- within a few days the bad breath was gone. I can't speak to its effectiveness for hair since I wasn't on it long enough, but beware what it may do to your breath!

I wouldn't suggest this product. It didn't do anything for my scalp. But everybody's bodies completely different. You may have better luck
