Came three small filets to package. Great, buttery taste. Salt and pepper and then saute 6 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on other side and it is ready to eat. Simple and delicious. Served it with fresh asparagus roasted in oven with salt and pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, both sprinkled on, little garlic powder and freshly grated Parmesan in 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Quick dinner. YUM
I don't usually buy, cook or eat frozen fish, but I was looking for a single serving high protein food. I had a simple recipe for cooking this in parchment paper, it was so tender and very tasty, it's going to be a regular part of my weekly diet. The flavir is 10/10!
Best tasting fish i know so buttery and flakey love baking it in the oven at 350 F for about 15-18 min or until I flaked when forked Always so moist and flakey
Absolutely awesome flavor, tender %26 flaky, reminded me of lobster meat
For the money, it's a great deal
Great taste and easy to prepare.
Weird odor when fish is cooked, amarlos like rotten fish👎
This item is drastically over priced for the 3 small pieces that they give you..
After the plastic bag disappointment, I've been paying more attention. The fish was caught and processed in Australia and is most likely Patagonian Toothfish. It's not Chilean Sea Bass, Honesty is the best policy.
For 28.00 I was expecting more but 3 fillets is crazy
