These were bought for my 17 year old son to put on his four wheeler. They have held up though the typical teenage stunts of mud holes, driving too fast, playing them way too loud and they still look and sound great.
incredible audio once you figure out how to install correctly... installed on a zero turn lawnmower lol
I had a hard time finding where I wanted to install these on my Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and ended up attaching them to the drop bar. When I turned them on using Bluetooth for the first time and had the volume all the way up I was disappointed because it wasn't loud at all. Turned out my phone volume was down so I cranked it up and it is super loud. I haven't taken a ride with it yet but am positive they will be able to over power wind noise because they are LOUD! I tried a rap song with a lot of bass and at max volume it does distort but I am certain I won't be playing these at max volume. Great price and very good speakers. Glad I pulled the trigger on these.
Excellent speakers--the sound is spot on, especially with the loud pipes I have on my motorcycle. They look great on my bike, and they were easy to mount on handlebars. Don't hesitate to purchase. The price is great. You will not be disappointed. The wiring is a bit tricky; just be patient--slow and steady. You'll get it done, and will be very pleased, not to mention proud of yourself!
This is the 3rd set of Boss speakers I have purchased, and they are Awesome !! Great sound, easy installation, and super easy to sync up with my cellphone !!! Two thumbs up !!
These are Awesome speakers, for the money !! Just finished installing both sets on mine and my son's motorcycles, and these are No joke !! Beautiful sound, Good looks, and Great volume !! Very easy to install. Buy these...you will like them !!
I like the sound on these speakers but I thought I was getting four speakers for this price I really need two more to actually hear them at 50 Mph, even behind a batwing fairing.
Does not look clean after installation. the rubber grommets for underneath the brackets fell apart while installing. I am having to use a piece of black hose instead to keep them mounted. the brackets need a redesign.
They say for motorcycle but they have literally 10 feet of speaker wire that has special connections so you dont want to cut them down and about 8 feet of power cord with an inline fuse about two feet from the end forcing you to cut it and splice it together which is no big deal but this is definitely not a plug and play device will definitely have to cut wires and splice back together to shorten. HOWEVER PROBABLY WOULD BE GREAT FOR A GOLF CART OR A SIDE BY SIDE
The mounting bolt snapped in half during a ride on the motorcycle and fell in between the fork and gas tank, could've caused an accident due to cheaply made mounting hardware. Speakers are okay but not worth risking a crash. Note: yes the hardware was installed properly and no it was not over tightened.
