Really great stereo. Nice sound quality, Screen is very clear and well set up. Wished i would of seen the one with wifi and all. But this one is still perfect.

This unit is a good value, but unfortunately, the tuner stopped working right after the return window ended. It works well for Apple CarPlay, but I also want to listen to the radio. I'm wondering if there's a way to fix the tuner issue without having to replace the whole stereo system.

The screen is fantastic and simple to install, but there is a lot of static and antenna problems. I might return it after contacting the manufacturer. The screen is difficult to see in daylight because of the glare, but the Bluetooth connection is easy to set up.

I purchased a budget-friendly radio mainly for CarPlay compatibility. However, despite trying various troubleshooting steps, my iPhone 13 consistently disconnects from the radio after a few minutes. The radio lacks certain features like preset scanning and HD radio, but the touch screen functions well, installation was manageable, sound quality is decent, and Bluetooth streaming works adequately. I have reached out to Boss support and initiated a warranty claim to address the connectivity issue.

The stereo is user-friendly and the Apple CarPlay feature is great. However, there is a noticeable crackle in Bluetooth playback, which doesn't occur with other functions like using Apple CarPlay, radio, or taking calls. Despite upgrading my phone, the crackle persists. Additionally, the backup camera's image is mirrored, and there is no setting available to flip the image as suggested by the camera's manual.

I purchased this product in March 2021 and have been using it regularly. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working on May 9, 2022. Despite checking all connections and fuses, it appears that the head unit is the issue. I would recommend looking for an alternative as the dissatisfaction is not worth the $250 price tag.

The product was advertised to have Android Auto but the button for it does not work. Despite warnings from others, I still purchased it. When I informed the seller about the issue, they refused a return or refund for false advertising. I later discovered evidence from the manufacturer confirming that Android Auto does not work.

The Apple Carplay and Android Auto functions work well. The touch screen is slightly insensitive but acceptable. However, a significant issue is that the radio frequently starts scanning for stations while you are already listening to a station or music app. After scanning, it switches to a random station instead of returning to your previous selection. It is recommended to avoid this unit.
