Stereo freezes all the time and also is blacking out with lines all over screen and it flickers at times. Also Apple CarPlay freezes as well. Only have had it for a couple months and I reached out to company since it has a 3 year warranty. Hopefully they can make things right.

The stereo was a piece of junk very bad sound quality.

The stereo has excellent sound quality and a user-friendly touch screen. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The USB connection for the phone involves a cable that hangs off the back of the unit, and the microphone is not integrated. The microphone has a long cord that you can attach to your dashboard, with the other end plugging into the stereo.

I bought this touchscreen in October for a project and installed it in June. It worked perfectly until this week when it started popping, clicking, and cutting off audio intermittently. It seems to have an internal defect. I hope they address this issue. I suggest waiting to see how they handle this problem before purchasing.

In my experience, I'm facing an issue with low navigation volume regardless of the navigation app I use. I discovered that the navigation volume is controlled through the main stereo settings rather than CarPlay settings. Even with all default volume levels set to the maximum, the navigation volume remains very low, almost like a whisper.

The system is visually appealing and has many features. The camera takes clear pictures and the video quality is impressive. I am not satisfied with the sound quality, as it is loud but lacks good bass despite adjusting the equalizer settings. It is disappointing considering the great price, system, and DVD player.

After purchasing the head unit during a Black Friday sale in 2022, everything functioned perfectly for four months. However, as of March 26, 2023, the audio has stopped working and the volume controls are not responding. Additionally, there is a loud "pop" from the speakers when turning off the car.

Installed the stereo in my daughter's car last year. It worked fine, but the touchscreen was occasionally unresponsive. Unfortunately, my daughter called me last night to say the stereo is no longer working. Unsure if Boss will assist. Overall, I was satisfied with the stereo until now.

Bluetooth connectivity is excellent, but touchscreen functionality is unreliable. CarPlay frequently fails to connect despite trying different cables and troubleshooting. The remote sensor has a weak range, requiring precise positioning next to the unit. The touchscreen issue overshadows this inconvenience.

The Bluetooth constantly disconnects, causing freezing issues that require restarting by turning off the ignition. Missed return window by a few days and regret not spending more on a Kenwood or Alpine. Disappointed in myself for trying to save money. Learn from my experience and invest wisely to avoid frustration.
