I'm gonna be honest it is a great radio for 2010 cars if you're doing an installation yourself make it easier on yourself by buying a dash kit and a wiring harness. But the apple carplay works great the wireless has some delay but you can also just plug it in to the lightning port which is not to difficult to use. Calls work great and I think you can modify the radio but I didn't cause I was on a budget. But it's a great radio I would definitely recommend.

I installed a Boyo backup camera with the PAC RP5GM11 interface on my Boss display. The camera activates automatically in reverse, lowering the music playing via USB. The Boyo parking assist lines cannot be adjusted on the Boss system. Glare and reflections have not been an issue on the Boss screen. Wireless Android Auto connects quickly and stays connected while driving. The system lowers music for WAZE announcements, but not significantly. Some issues include the lack of parking assist lines, occasional Bluetooth drops, and minor volume adjustments. The Boss system requires right-angle connectors for installation in certain vehicles. Source volumes cannot be adjusted down, and the chime volume is low and inconsistent.

Bought 3 months ago, screen already went out. Nothing but a white screen.

The Apple wireless CarPlay takes about 10 seconds to connect after starting the car. It requires 5 seconds to establish a Bluetooth connection and another 5 seconds for CarPlay. However, if there is any interruption, such as a phone call or connecting to wired CarPlay, the stereo won't connect until the car is restarted. Having to restart the car each time the unit fails seems unnecessary, especially for a $400 product installed just a week ago.

The phone feature of this unit is unreliable with a significant delay in audio during calls, making conversations frustrating and distant. It results in yelling and misunderstandings with your significant other due to the car radio phone interface not working properly.

The unit has some quirks, such as lacking installation instructions and difficulty switching between CarPlay and Android Auto. The documentation online was helpful. The unit looks beautiful in a Yukon (2007-2013) with the install kit. It interfaces well with the car's steering wheel and rear control with a SWC kit. The included microphone is easy to install for phone calls but lacks gain adjustment. There is no way to designate a primary device, causing frustration when switching between Apple and Android. Sometimes the system is muted and requires pressing and holding the OnStar button to unmute. The screen is too reflective and catches a lot of light. Updated review after 4 days: The unit freezes constantly and is unusable; returning it.
