I got these to upgrade/replace my OEM speakers. If that's all your doing, These sound great. And are a great value! That's all that really matters, when they are installed in factory locations, know one can see what kind of speakers you have or how much you spent on them. These speskers sound great, and save you money.

I was expecting, so much, less quality for the price. But I was on a budget, and factory speakers for my 1994 Sportside Silverado 4 x 4 went out, so I had to do something. I was preparing to settle for less, until my circumstances changed. Well, these are actually better than my factory, so, needless to say, I'm keeping them. Because of there quality, I'm actually going to try the matching rear speakers. Great deal! Delivery arrived several days sooner than expected, so that adds to my satisfaction.

Overall, these speakers do the job. I chose these for the price since I have a jeep wrangler and in the event they are exposed to the elements, I wanted to be able to replace them without breaking the bank.

Original dash speakers on my 1992 GMC pickup had faded to nothing. Replaced them with Boss Chaos speakers and I have sound again. They fit right into the original spot and cleared the original bezels which snapped right back into position.
