This radio was cooked once we got it installed. The box looked damaged and was taped so I figured something might be wrong with it. The touch screen was slightly bent and the radio goes crazy on its own switching between stations %26 turning the volume up and down. Now I have to contact customer service and go through the trouble of removing the radio.
